"Very simple, the rooms were large and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. There was construction going on but there was zero disturbances and I was just a couple of doors down. My dog was even comfortable. Also, there's a Culver's across the parking lot with a stairway to lead across the grass. ..."

"3 star review. The location is good, lobby area was excellent however ther seems a shortage of staff and house keeping. Our room was not ready and waited until 5:30pm. The blinds on one of the windows fell off resulting to a bright room at early morning like 6am when we still wanted to sleep in. The Manager was kind enough to give us free breakfast to compensate inconveniences."

"The room was very nice. We had an issue with the bathroom supplies. They had the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner & shower gel in the shower. However, when I tried to use the soap the pump didn't work. I had to use the little bar on the sink. I notified a cleaning staff person in the hallway. Someone later came and took the bottle but didn't replace it. The next morning I TT the front desk staff who gave me a bottle. "

"This wonderful landmark hotel is beautiful ! The staff and service was amazinng With that said, event pricing was high or typical for all the rooms. We had a standard queen room with one night stand? Typically you have 2 people staying. So, having a nightstand on the other side of the bed and move the small chair to the other end of the windows would give more utilization to the customers Also, having a kureg with only coffee pods, no tea or complementary water bottles for tea is a bit lacking The carpets and curt were not very clean. All and all an amazing stay with some tweaks advice for a better stay Especially when the room we stayed in for 1 nights was well over 800$ for the 2 nights . Is now 119 for the night."

"Overall, the breakfast was disappointing. The waffles were very good. The eggs and sausage, however, were quite tasteless. Also, both the orange and apple juice lacked flavor. It seemed like they were made from a concentrate, with not enough concentrate being used. The breakfast offering was a draw for us to stay at this hotel. Had we known what the breakfast was like, we wouldn't have stayed here."
