There was coffee in the lobby in the afternoon. Lobby and pool area was clean. The rooms were spacious and clean, bed and pillow comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. We forgot toothbrushes and they had them available. For the price, the service and our stay was quite nice.

I was not aware that the hotel charged 25.00 a night for my dog to stay with me.They charged my credit for my pet every other day, it was confusing that they would take out 75.00. I was there for 8 nights. I couldn’t cancel or change my reservation. I picked this hotel because they allowed pets. Because I prepaid I couldn’t get a refund. The hot tub did not work, the hotel is dated. I asked them to explain the random charges, there was no manager.

Comfortable beds, hot shower, friendly staff, and continental breakfast were all good! Upkeep of room and facilities were what I expected from a two star hotel. Pool and hot tub cleanliness was a little iffy but my six year old still had a blast and we were fine. Keep your expectations in check and it’ll be great!

We live in Jackson, we came to “Hot Tub” due to pain from working…. There is no hot tub here!!! At least not a working one!!! just a very old l luke warm pool of water with no working jets. Perfect for the very little kids to kick and splash around in ( very annoying) because their parents were too busy drinking out in the ice cold pool area (just water??? In the pool area???) which was NOT Heated either, just cold air through the vents , not at all enjoyable!!! Also Way too many people in their room connected to the pool area partying and drinking,not watching their kids!!! Needless to say we did NOT stay the second night that I previously booked , BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY ACTUALLY HAD A WORKING HOT TUB!!!! Never again and stay away!!!The shower wasn’t even HOT!!! To the owner: no reply is needed….. enforce your rules and fix the “HOT TUB”!!! or don’t say you have one!!! I hope this helps people looking to relax in one…

The room was very quiet except for the air conditioner/heater was way too loud at first but then it got quieter throughout the night so it kept my mom and I awake at first.
