No TV in rooms, renovations were being done but not advertised. Ice machines on floors not working. Only machine near the gym was working! Common microwave was filthy!! A/C in room was so loud, we had to keep it at a higher temperature so it didn’t make loud noises!!

Active Construction Site, Miserable stay

The entire hotel was under construction with hammering and nail guns going on in the rooms next to ours until 8:45 at night. Took a shower, somewhat clean bathroom, towel rack fell off barely touched it. Front desk had a list with 3 rooms on it that were available unable to change our room away from noise of construction & unable to give discount or refund because we boooked through hotels.com. HOtels.com does not have customer service number to contact for help. Won't be using hotels.com for travel anymore.

The hotel looked like under construction or something. The floor tiles were broken every corners, carpet was dirty and smelly. The location was shady. The only thing good was the staff. And nothing more to add on.
