I personally thought 30 Euro's per day for parking was too high especially when sometimes the car was just parked outside the door. As a gold member who's entitled to a room upgrade I always find it quiet disappointing when I arrive at a hotel after checking availability 5 min before arrival to be told there is no available rooms. I didn't argue and was grateful to get the bottle of wine. Also we really needed the late check out which was the main reason I booked this hotel and sadly we didnt manage to get that. Lastly I would definitely stay again if I ever returned to Zagreb"
