All you need in the heart of Istanbul

Especially Vera from the customer support has been super helpful and answered timely to all my inquiries. This made me come back and have a feeling my needs are attended to. The rooms are beautiful and beds comfortable. All you need in the heart of Istanbul.

Quelques améliorations et ce sera presque parfait.

Présence d'un lave-linge/sèche-linge: super! Un torchon de vaisselle aurait été bienvenu car, du point de vue écologique, utiliser le lave vaisselle quotidiennement est absurde. Chambre 402 très agréable mais un peu bruyante la nuit, car elle donne sur l'avenue Istikal qui vit 24/24 . Emplacement épatant pour les visites, très central et accès aux tramways/funiculaires/métro très facile.Un point négatif: aucune présence humaine liée aux appartements: c'est impersonnel ; bien sûr, Vera n'est pas loin mais c'est dommage en Turquie où le contact humain est essentiel. Quelques détails à améliorer et ce sera excellent.

Very comfortable apartment

Well furnished, well designed, clean and comfortable apartment in an excellent location on Istiklal. Only complaints are that entry to the apartment is weirdly via lift/stairs inside a restaurant (the apartment is above the restaurant), and the lift was often not working.

Goed verblijf gehad. Ruime badkamer met fijne stortdouche. TV met Netflix. Gelegen aan de drukke winkelstraat Istiklal caddesi. Geluiden van de straat zijn hoorbaar (maar waren voor ons niet hinderlijk)
