Reason , 1- Fan Heaters not good it was freezing in the room . 2- lifts were out of service for 1 day I got stuck with my wife and my son. 3- Custermer Service in Canteen breakfast they don’t speak English very rude . 4- My Barthroom tap in other room no hot water . 5- The only person in reception was Mr Amir was good the rest unprofessional. 6- Service were terrible.
