We had a reservation a room with balcony, when we arrived I found out that the balcony attached to a cafe so I asked the receptionist if people dining in this area because it’s basically sitting with and no privacy staff said no a couple hours later to find some people sitting in this area. Air conditioning was not functioning properly. We had to argue to switch room. Room service is very poor at first was 2 tea bags and few sugar after we use it, the next day they didn’t replace it when I asked they told me to buy from the grocery store.

Very friendly and nice people. They allowed us to check in at 8:00 am without extra charge. View is magnificent overlooking the water. We booked a whole suite: two rooms with two baths. Highly recommend it.

We loved that we had a balcony with great view of the waters. Our room was clean and cozy, has a queen size and single bed which was great for 3 months f us. No elevator but staff was so helpfull in carrying our lugagges. Blue mosque/Hagia Sophia/Topkapi palace is walkable from the hotel. This hotel was recommended to us and did not disappoint.
