I stayed in this hotel in 2019 and it was 100% perfect! Sadly, it has gone downhill somewhat. Apart from the owner (Emre), any reception staff were totally useless. The room I was allocated was clean and adequate. However, I did have to ask for the room to be cleaned and replenished twice. Also, the people in the room above me were some of the noisiest I have ever known. Banging and thumping around up until 11 at night and restarting again at 6 in the morning. It did effect the enjoyment of my stay. I did complain to reception but nothing changed!

When I arrived to the hotel, I was informed that there was no electricity - the lights were not working and there was no WiFi. The receptionist was unclear when the problem would be fixed and, to be honest, didn’t really seem to care. I left the hotel and booked another place. I expected to receive a refund because, what the hotel promised in terms of amenities/WiFi, it could not deliver. However, my refund request was rejected, because I didn’t purchase the extra coverage charge, which I think it pretty ridiculous since the place did not hold up its end of the bargain. So be warned.

This place never disappoints. The hotel’s central location provides quick access to both the East and West coasts of the city, with the very heart of Taksim Square just a minute’s walk away. The rooms are well-kept, and the bathrooms and other amenities are clean.

We stayed at the hotel for Teen nights overall; not bad. The staff was friendly. We booked a basement room, but when we arrived, they gave us a room on the second floor. Thanks for this. But I am very disappointed because after Five days, our bathroom light suddenly turned off automatically. The next day morning, I informed the reception; they told me they would repair it two days later, but they did not repair it. For the last four days, we used the mirror light, which was very low. It was very hard for me when I was shaving. I am very disappointed.

Area is conveniently located right next to Taksim square and Istiklal street! You’ll also be located next to the metro station and taxi station! The hotel is quiet and the staff are extremely kind and welcoming! We stayed 10 days here and we loved it!

Great value and quiet escape next to Taksim

Small hotel with spacious rooms and friendly service. Got my room upgraded with a nice patio where i had my morning coffee. The most important (for me) was how quiet was the the street/hotel considering the location right next to Taksim.
