Worst experience, not nice approach

They attempted to assign me a different room type than the one I had purchased. I wanted to either receive the room type I had paid for or accept a lower category room with a refund of the difference, but they absolutely refused. The reception was strange, and the welcome was unpleasant. Not wanting to be blatantly deceived, I spent nearly an hour corresponding with a hotels.com agent to request a refund and ended up staying at a different hotel. I definitely do not recommend it

It's in the middle of the lively Beşiktaş district and is a very safe area. An excellent location. Perfect transport links by boat on Bosphorus, buses, taxis, within easy walking distance to many, many lovely restaurants, bars, cafes, plenty of shopping facilities for all budgets and tastes. Easy to reach for all famous sights and attractions. I stayed here as a lone female passenger on business trip and it exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend. I would stay here again.

Really liked the hotel and the area. Quite busy area so there was a bit of noise at night when sleeping but other than that really happy with my stay and would highly recommend.

The sentence "you get what you pay for" should be this hotel's slogan. We all had stuff broken, or unworking in our rooms. No internet for the first 3 days. Staff is nice, but couldn't help with anything. The area is amazing, though sometimes noisy on football nights.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any establishment that considers themselves a business. It was dirty, and the room was smaller than it seems in the pictures. The location was good but there are so many hotels in the area. The staff was so rude from beginning to end. They were calling my room at 10am to checkout, although it says 11 or 12 on there site.

The place of the hotel is near everything but my experience in the hotel was disappointing, the windows need a lot of maintenance as you can hear everything happening down the street. Plus, there’s a transparent window between our room and the room next to us only closed with a transparent curtain.. no privacy. The cleanliness is not up the level of the hotel. The most disappointing thing was the staff. I sent my clothes to the laundry, the next day they asked for 180 lira meanwhile in other hotel before 3 nights i sent my clothes also to the laundry and they took only 50 lira. So i asked him for invoice he said there is no invoice and didn’t give me the clothes knowing that usually we pay on the check-out. The next day, another staff member told me it’s 90 lira.. and we had some trash talk because i told her i need invoice as last night the number was 180 lira!!! I found out there’s a lie out there and for no reason.
