This is a hotel that forces you to eat the terrible food they sell .. 20 euro for a limited breakfast buffet that only have 2 fruit options is ridiculous tbh, oh and you cant buy food or drinks outside the hotel. Definitely a 2star hotel for that.

Don’t stay if your squeeze about seeing blood

If you don’t mind staying with people, I’ve just had head operations constantly coming through the hotel with blood around their heads then it’s a great place to stay personally makes me feel sick.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Hotel has recently been refurbished so everything looks brand new. Location is very convenient. 12 minute walk to taksim square or you can use the free hotel shuttle bus. Not many hotels offer a shuttle bus so this is a brilliant add on. Hotel has some nice food/coffee places next door. The local grill restaurant has amazing food and across the road there is lovely coffee shop called Istanbul Baking company. Our stay waa brilliant.

This is a clean and nice hotel. However, the view from our room was terrible. They do not allow food from outside which is a big problem in Istanbul, especially if you are traveling with children. Their app does not work outside the hotel which makes it difficult to request a return shuttle. Staff were great - especially Atoosa and Akhtar. Ask for them.
