Nice Hotel

Staff is helpful, check in was quick, Nice area for walking and nice food all around in addition to being near from the touristic historical center of the city. The room was very clean and comfortable.

A very nice and accommodation, with friendly staff always helpful and polite to help. And adjoins a great restaurant and a street full of nice restaurants and a few bars to relax and enjoy the night away. Very reccomend for location, as a 5min walk to the Blue Mosque and all the tourist sites and squares. Local tram, taxi and boat links all nearby.

It was a terrible experience.I booked this hotel for my mother. She was flying from New York to her hometown and decided to stop in Istanbul for a day to explore the city. I arranged a VIP taxi with the hotel in advance for 50€. They provided the driver’s name, who was supposed to meet her at the airport.However,no one with that name showed up.After 45 min,a different driver finally arrived.They misled her and caused her unnecessary stress.My mother doesn’t speak English and went through an awful experience. But the nightmare didn’t end there.The next day, she booked VIP taxi at the hotel reception for 3 p.m. to go to the airport,also for 50€.The car didn’t arrive at the scheduled time.Every 5 min the staff kept saying the car would arrive in another 5 min,misleading her and promising she would be on time, claiming the drive to the airport would take 30 min. Almost an hour passed,and the car still didn’t show up. My mother was already late for her flight and extremely anxious.The hotel refused to refund the 50€ and told her to keep waiting.In the end,she had to order an Uber herself and head to the airport.The journey, which they claimed would take 30 min, ended up taking 1.5 hours! She barely made it to her flight, rushing to the gate at the last moment.My mother is a 70 y.o.,and this hotel made her nervous,forcing her to run with her luggage. I would never recommend this terrible hotel to anyone due to their disgraceful treatment of guests.

The property was dirty, I book this for my wife. Almost got the divorce, she was so mad with me. Because the room was dirty, a lot of stairs. Pictures are fake.

Don't stay here

First, there are no elevators and we stay on the 3rd floor. A/C does not work, no safe, room is too small, no space for 2 suite cases, breakfast was a joke. The surroundings are terrible even though it is near Sultanahmet.
