Clean but poor facilities. As customers we not expecting to pay for laundry to wash our clothes, breakfast no much options or varieties. I visited with my sister sharing same room but we were given 1 card to open our door. Lobby 1st floor was stinky bcz odmy smoke only God knows where the smoke was coming from.

Good value for money

I was pleasantly surprised . There is a gym and laundromat and a reading room. Also the breakfast was rich and fulfilling. The hotel in general is a piece of art and the staff are very polite and helpful. I even extended my stay.

This hotel is offering you something other than their ad in social media. Building is located in a commercial area, between lots of noisy factories. If you need to go to a supermarket, you will need a cap!!!! Staff are very aggressive and rude! For this money you can find better options in other areas like Bakırköy. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

Kitchen staff are horrible to customer. No customer service. The same food for my five days he’ll stay. No English. No cold water available in kitchen for customer to drink. Monotony of breakfast . Very hostile staff except one female receptionist on duty for two days that I was there. All others are terrible. No respect for customer.
