I’ve forgotten 4 expansive shirts in the cabinet and their cleaner did not bother himself to check with me if I’ve lost anything . I tried to contact the owners on WhatsApp and they did not respond as well.

The picture in Internet is very nice, but when you walk in room is very small, bathroom is very small, shower area very tiny and you can’t hear the noise from this room to other room people other room when they have conversation you can hear it. It’s very loud and also street noise from front and behind the hotel very loud. It’s hard to get sleep. Basically I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great central location, bit noisy at night but we managed to sleep through most of the taxi horns. Close to airport bus and all public transport. We stayed 2 nights and it was fine.

Had a really positive experience at Joy Taksim. The room was nice and kept really clean. Staff were accommodating and helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location. Couldn’t fault it at all, would definitely stay again.

This property is in a great location, a couple of minutes walk to Taksim Square. The hotel is clean and tidy. Reception staff, especially Celeb was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping not so helpful. The room was smaller than in the photographs. Shower room was tiny however, it was ok. I would definitely stay again due to the location of the hotel.

Good value for money

One of the closest hotels to Taksim Square (2 min. walk) at affordable price. Yes, you can go to mire luxury Point hotel and pay double per room. Friendly staff. Thanks a lot Ahmed for your service. Be careful not to lose your room card or you have to pay a replacement fee. To the guys at hotel: it will be great to put tissue boxes in rooms and bathroom. We only had roll tissues in bathroom and nothing in room.
