The service, especially from the two incredible receptionists, was truly exceptional. They were not just professional, but deeply personable—taking the time to understand our needs, offering recommendations, and helping us navigate a foreign country with such kindness and care. They went above and beyond at every opportunity, whether it was assisting with transportation, guiding us on local attractions, or simply checking in to ensure we were comfortable. It felt more like being hosted by close friends than staying in a hotel. The hotel itself was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. Every corner, from the lobby to the rooms, reflected attention to detail and pride in their space. Our room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, providing a restful escape after long days of exploring. The breakfast was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared each morning. We had a pleasant stay at Elanaz Hotel, which is situated in a fantastic area — definitely the highlight of the stay. The location is incredibly convenient, with some of the best restaurants and Hafiz Mustafa just steps away. It made exploring the city super easy and enjoyable. The room was comfortable and spacious enough, with a small but lovely view of the Bosphorus, which added a nice touch. The price was quite reasonable, especially considering the prime location. The staff were very kind and welcoming, always ready to help and offer recommendations, which we really appreciated. There were a couple of small issues during our stay: the hot water took around two minutes to come on in the shower, and we noticed a small puddle forming in the bathroom — we weren’t sure where it came from, but it was minor. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a well-located, affordable stay in Istanbul with friendly service and easy access to major attractions.

Hotel Elanaz is excellent! The location is perfect : close Boaphorus, to the Grand Bazar, to the Haga Sofia and Blue Mosque, close to many restaurants! The hotel is cozy and very clean. Youssef is so nice and helpful! Also is everything really clean. Breakfast is basic but good. We definitely recommend and we would love to come back!

A great property in a perfect location - close to all the major attractions, shopping, and dining. Our room faced the front and had a full wall of windows and sliding glass door (to a Juliette balcony). The room was bright and quite spacious with all the basic amenities you might need. Hussein at the front desk was extremely helpful and able to answer all our questions as well as arrange a 2am pick up to the airport for us. Highly recommend!
