We loved this property! Great location and quick access to beach access. The layout was great for 2 families and kids to share the space!! Great kitchen supplies as well!

Family vacation

Great family vacation rental with my adult children. We had plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings.

Nice Resort

Overall, the townhome was very nice. It’s a very short walk to the beach and pool and it is great for a coastal family getaway. The townhome was spacious and bright and overall pretty clean. The only small issues we noticed was the kitchen sink faucet was extremely loose, the rug in the dining room appeared to be pretty dirty and need replacing, and the threshold trip piece at the top of the stairs kept coming off, which posed a huge safety hazard. One of my kids slipped down the stairs when it came off the first time. Overall was a good stay!

A Wonderful Six Weeks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the appointed time and found the house clean and ready for us. There was a slight issue with the the water heater but it was resolved by the management in short order. We are long term Isle of Palms visitors so we enjoyed the local restaurants and long walks on the beach. The house was perfect for us.

It was a well updated villa and very comfortable for our family of 5 and exactly as described in listed. The only negative I would say is the pool near this unit not being heated and a little further down from the other pools. Otherwise, wonderful.

We were very comfortable. The only suggestion would be to replace family room rug. Or maybe no rug would be best. The kitchen counters and table needed to be cleaned. But I clean when I go in a place anyway. Overall I would return happily
