The beach was right there, just an easy walk down. Breakfast was fine, simple choices with instant stuff as well as yogurt, fruit and sweets. It was super clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. If you plan to arrive before the 4:00 check in. better let them know ahead of time. There is an elevator for those that cant do all the steps. The gal that checked us in was very pleasant. The cleaning staff was as well-very chipper! Great little beach bungalow room.

Great view and access to beach; however, the room was just marginally clean. The floor in the room had not been cleaned which resulted in sand all over the floor.

Pros: Location is great, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Easy Beach access. Although next door to a bar with outside concerts, the rooms were pretty soundproof. Cons: We paid for parking - there were 11 spots for 54 rooms. Could only park in garage (which was very tight) one night out of the 4 nights. We had to pay for parking again on the street, if we could find a spot. We also paid for a "partial ocean view". We were the first room next to the street and had a lovely view of the next door hotel's parking lot. Our room was pretty small, but we didn't spend much in the room. The pillows and sheets had to be replaced, due to the damp, moldy smell - couldn't sleep on them without gagging. The pool is not a "family pool". It is a 3 1/2 ft deep rinsing pool and was full of sand. If we had brought the kids, they would have been very disappointed. The rooms were okay, floors were sandy, but to be expected when you stay on the beach. The entire facility needs an update and face lift. Paint peeling and mold growing in bathroom. Would not stay here again.

Noisy late at night but I knew I was staying on Front Beach. Next time will request room away from stairs.
