Noisy late at night but I knew I was staying on Front Beach. Next time will request room away from stairs.

Outdated. No room service!! We had to ask for towels and no one came to the room to replenish towels, soap, shampoo etc at all while we were there. Room smelled awful . The “amenities “ shown online such as checkers, shuffleboard etc were so faded and that area was nowhere near as nice as picture shown online .... disappointed for sure. Only plus was it’s on the beach

The location was good for the beach. You need to factor in 20 min each way for back and forth travel into Charleston. The beach there was nice. Great shallow area for kids. The staff was so-so, not super hospitable but not nasty either. Everything was clean in the room, but the room was very humid so things felt damp and wet towels never got dry. Parking involved a walk and unexpectedly cost $7.50 a day. I don’t remember Travelocity pointing that out.

The hotel itself was good and the location was great. When we booked online we were told it was pet-friendly and we could have a room with two queen beds. On arrival, they surprised us with a pet fee and we were given a room with only one queen bed because that's all they allow when you have pets. None of this information was online, either on Travelocity or their website. I was disappointed with how that was handled. This information needs to be more available.
