Master Bedroom features a luxurious KING bed, this spacious room is your ultimate retreat. The beautifully tiled en-suite bathroom boasts a stunning walk-in shower—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach! Note: This room is accessed via the hallway (not through the master).

Second Bedroom: Ideal for families, this room offers a QUEEN bed with an upper TWIN bunk—plus its own half-bath for added privacy and convenience.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The open kitchen maximizes space with counter seating, making it easy to socialize while cooking. You'll find all the essentials here: flat-top stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals, from pots and pans to silverware and drinkware.

The spacious, open living room is designed for relaxation, complete with a high-quality smart TV (no cable, but streaming is available). Perfect for winding down after a day of island adventures.

*** CANCELLATION POLICY - One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.. WE ABIDE BY ALL CANCELLATION POLICIES. Trip insurance is available and strongly encouraged.
**MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25 at all of our properties. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed.
**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.

In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.

Spring Break Perfection!

We had never been to IOP before but wanted to explore a new beach town. It did not disappoint. Upon arriving one of the condo residents assisted us on where to park. They were not irritated at us as vacationers rather helpful. At one point during our stay my son said “everyone here is so nice.” The property was clean and perfectly stocked with everything one would need. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and everything else. The Only suggestions I would have is to put a lock on the second bedroom bathroom. A simple hook and eye lock would be perfect. Also a small tv in the second bedroom would be great for rainy days and late nights for teens. But we would 100% stay here again. The property management team was phenomenal! This property is on our frequent list!

Beach and Baseball Vacation

We were vacationing and as well as playing baseball at Shipyard park and this condo was perfect! It’s conveniently located on the island and the short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants is easier than a walk through Costco lot. It’s really a great property!

Great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a week long getaway for our 5th wedding anniversary an it was perfect! The place was spotless and so cozy! The beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon are so nice for a day at the beach which is only about a block away! There are so many great restaurants within walking distance and a Harris Teeter across the intersection! I would highly recommend staying here to everyone! Management was so friendly too! Beachy Keen!

We loved the "Bright and Beachy" studio. Ideally located, just a short stroll to the beach, and close to groceries, restaurants, etc., it is also peaceful, quiet, and safe. The unit is adorably decorated and squeaky clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Her efficient and informative emails answered every possible question before we could ask. We enthusiastically recommend the "Bright and Beachy" studio and have no suggestions for improvement. Thank you for a wonderful, comfortable week!

Summer fun 2020

The condo was awesome. Great supplies to go to the beach. The beach cart and chairs and umbrella were an incredible help to get all 4 of us to the beach. Our kids enjoyed the sand toys and games immensely. The big king size bed was very comfy and clean. Might consider rearranging the furniture to be able to sit comfortably to watch TV on the rainy days. The room has a very efficient A/C unit. The property outside is crowded when filled with cars to be able to get in and out. The pool seemed small for that amount of people to occupy the property. The pool could need to be cleaned more often. But our family had fun. I would recommend this property to any family.

very nice!

Great property, one block from the beach with everything you would want, and no extras. The unit was very clean, seems like a newer remodel, very nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Would stay here again. With the Corona virus, most restaurants were open in the area but had limited seating, still a great time, great beach.

Everything about this rental is the best; location, clean, as advertised. The only downside is that you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. If you spend most of your time on the beach or visiting the many local attractions this isn't that much of a problem.

Very nice IOP condo

I enjoyed my stay in this condo! It was exceptionally clean upon arrival and a quick five-minute walk to the beach and "strip" of IOP where there are several shops and restaurants. I stayed by myself, so there was plenty of room. I would say it would be a tight squeeze for more than two people to stay here, though I did see an air mattress in the closet. A few notes to consider.....several different dogs barked throughout the stay and it was not necessarily a "quiet" retreat because of this. The only kitchen sundries that were available was some ground coffee, coffee filters, salt, and pepper. There is a microwave and hotplate but no stove or oven. An extra trash bag or two would have been nice. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Great set up- perfect for my week visit with 2 friends. All items for beach were available for our use . Kitchen is small, but adequate for quick meals, which was what we needed. No stove, but microwave was sufficient.
