Two floors of beautifully appointed living and dining areas with a gorgeous landscaped pool area, outdoor kitchen, and elevator that services the first floor are yours to enjoy.
The first-floor open living area offers plenty of comfortable seating with spectacular ocean views, a breakfast table that seats four, an entertainment system, wood floors, and a gas fireplace. The dining room seats ten comfortably and offers even more incredible ocean views! The stainless steel equipped kitchen is a culinary dream with two Sub Zero refrigerators, a gas cooktop with oven and microwave tower, a warming drawer, two drawer dishwasher, an ice maker, and a wine chiller. The large island accommodates four guests on stools to join in on mealtime activities. The spacious Primary Bedroom suite features a King bed, ocean views, TV and access to the first-floor porch. The elegant Primary Bath boasts a large Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower plus a double sink vanity. The laundry room is located in the kitchen hallway with front-load appliances. A second bedroom is on the first floor with two twin beds and a hall bathroom. There is a Powder Room and elevator access in the Foyer for convenience. The elevator services the garage level and the first floor, it does not travel to the second living floor.
The second floor includes the remaining five guest bedrooms with three baths. With another primary bedroom, two more oceanfront bedrooms, and 2 well-appointed additional bedrooms; the second-floor primary has a private bathroom while the other 2 oceanfront bedrooms have jack n' jill bathrooms shared with the two street side bedrooms. The bedroom breakdown is as follows: First Floor Primary Bedroom: King Bed, ocean views, private en suite with jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower & double vanities, a TV, and access to the first-floor porch. Bedroom 2: The guest bedroom on the first floor features two Twin beds and utilizes a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Second Floor Bedroom 3: Perfectly appointed for the children with four Twin beds, TV and shares a full Jack & Jill bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 4: Oceanfront room offering a King bed, TV, access to the second-floor porch and shares the Jack & Jill bath with bedroom three. Bedroom 5: 2nd-floor Primary, Oceanfront, King bed, TV, access to the second-floor porch, and a private bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 6: King bed, Oceanfront, Porch access, TV, and shares full Jack and Jill bathroom tub/shower. Bedroom 7: King bed, shares Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom 6. For the most impressive poolside entertaining, this house boasts a remodeled summer kitchen complete with a built-in gas grill, drink fridge, dishwasher, ice maker, granite counter bar top, sink, wine chiller, and wall-mounted TV. You will enjoy various seating and lounging areas either at the granite counter bar area, pub table with chairs, or comfortably cushioned sofa area. The large, natural stone pool deck includes plenty of chairs, loungers, a pub table with chairs, and a trellis area with a picnic table. The immaculately maintained pool features a wading area perfect for small children. There are private outdoor hot and cold showers and changing areas along with a foot bath at the poolside for your convenience. With the ocean at your doorstep and the gentle breeze on your face, you will surely experience the finest life has to offer at this jewel of a home! Gas Pool Heating Additional Fee: $1000.00 plus taxes and fees. The pool will only heat to 20-25 degrees warmer than the coldest outside temperature, thus not guaranteeing it will be swimmable. The Bishops only rent 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday.

The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals. Damage Protection: In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay. Travel Insurance: East Islands Rentals offers travel insurance to all of its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian's specialty is the Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of a job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once a reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation. If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.
