– Very Disappointing StayOur stay at this property was extremely disappointing and far below what we expected. Unfortunately, problems started even before we arrived. Communication about parking was poor, which made arrival unnecessarily stressful and confusing.Once inside, cleanliness was a major issue. The floors were dirty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the kitchen area was also dirty. The windows were filthy, making the whole place feel neglected. To make matters worse, there was black mold in the bathtubs, and the bathtub floors were very slippery, which felt unsafe. There was also mold and mildew on the deck outside.Several basic amenities either didn’t work or were missing. There was no hot water, which alone made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The ice maker wasn’t working, the toaster was broken, and the TV remote didn’t even have batteries in it. The internet was also extremely slow, to the point that streaming or even using the TV apps was frustrating.The kitchen supplies were very poor quality as well. The coffee maker was miniature and barely usable, and the pots, pans, and utensils were old and cheap. The outdoor propane grill was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.The overall property felt unkept and poorly maintained. Even the dining room chairs were worn out and shedding material onto clothing when you sat down.Overall, the condition of the property and lack of maintenance made this a very frustrating.
