Nice place

Place was clean and is nice but shows some wear, eg shower door does not close fully. I asked for consideration on late departure due to no lights in one bathroom first night. received no reply except the standard already received text of policies. I was surprised to not even get the courtesy of a reply to my inquiry.

Great location!

Great location! The condo could use a deep cleaning. Upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned well and there were tons of gnats around the disposal in the kitchen.

Convenient property with a great view

We really enjoyed the convenience to the beach and the pool. The beach was crowded in front of the condo but we expected that since it was stated in other reviews. We just went down and set up early. We enjoyed the view from the condo and spent a lot of time relaxing on the porch overlooking the pool and beach. It was especially nice for my parents that are in their 80’s and my daughter and her 3 month old. We used the high top table a lot for meals, snacks and just enjoying the shaded view. ( A swing on the patio would be a great addition.) We liked being able to walk to the shops, restaurants, Coconut Joes for a drink and even the grocery store. We had 4 young adults with us that really enjoyed the area also. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We found the condo to be nicely decorated and well stocked. We had a great week and hope to return in the future.

IOP Vacation

Location is fantastic, unit was very clean. You will not get easier access to the pool/beach. Food and shopping walking distance across the street. Only issue was the pool closing for a "pump motor" problem. Nothing the owner could do about that. It was back up and running in a few days.

Fantastic Location and Clean Unit

This unit is perfect for a group: It's oceanfront with steps off the deck to the pool and beach access, and across the street from shops and great food. Every bed was comfortable, and the linens are wonderful. The kitchen was well-equipped (Keuring AND traditional coffee pot!) with a large table for everyone to share meals. The unit was exceptionally clean when we arrived. It was nice to walk-in with the lights on to greet us! There is ample parking and room for larger SUVs. This has been a favorite unit for us in the past, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Very Responsive Property Managers

Beautiful place! Great location! Property manager was fantastic!! There were issues with the electricity (in the whole condo, beyond owners control) They went out of their way to find us a new beautiful space!! Highly recommend!!

Great Location!

The condo is in central Isle of Palms. Steps away from shops, restaurants and beach. Enjoyed the ocean views from the balcony and sitting in the sun by the pool. Kitchen is well equipped including both a Keureg and drip coffee maker.

Great extended family vacation

Lovely condo on the beach was perfect for our extended family. (3 adult children, one 2 year old grandchild and my husband and I) Kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. Easy walk to stores and restaurants.

Great location on IOP beachfront

Condo was better than advertised. Very spacious and the connecting deck to the pool patio was really convenient. Property managers were responsive to our needs as well.

There is public beach access right next to the unit, and another access two buildings over. We were disappointed to find this out upon arrival. The beach was extremely crowded. The unit could use fresh paint and some updating. Major spots were cleaned but it felt corners were cut. The pool was dirty and other guests left their floats, toys and personal belongings all over the place. There is no management on site making sure it is cleaned up. We had to complain about the dirty pool in order for someone to come vacuum it out but around the pool area was never cleaned up. The unit itself and balcony are a nice size. Disappointing to only receive two parking passes for a four bedroom unit. We had to park one car in public parking and pay $10-$15/day.

The unit is a nice location & easy access to the beac. However, it is rather dated and needs some maintenance compared to other units in that same area. We were unlucky being on the 1st floor because we heard every footstep and movement above us waking us up very early and also at night.

Nice Condo

The positives: The layout of this condo was perfect for our family - 6 adults and 2 children. Condo is located in the heart of Isle of Palms (pros and cons to this) The pool was right below the porch and beach was easily accessed. On site garage parking was great. All of the furniture was comfortable. Decor was appropriate for a beach condo. Kitchen was well equipped. Could use improvement: Cleanliness- the bottoms of our feet were black from walking barefoot on the tile floors. Not sure what the floors were cleaned with but there must have been a residue. The sisal rugs felt dirty and were in need of replacing. Glasses in the kitchen were not clean - food on numerous glasses. Property was billed as having a portable crib - it did NOT. Thankfully I confirmed in advance and we brought our own. If you have a toddler bring your own gate for the stairs on the porch going down to the beach/pool. Owner response to VRBO messaging was mixed. Same with Management company via text. There is lots of public parking and public beach access all around this property. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery store. Not the quiet beach I was hoping for- depends if you like to be in the middle of activity or a more quiet setting.

Nice, large oceanfront condo!

The condo was very large and very well laid out. Beds comfy, plenty of seating, nice deck furniture. Location was oceanfront and looks right out to the ocean and pool, big bonus that you can walk right out of the back porch onto the beach! Close to everything, restaurants, groceries and highways. Condo needs a refresher in some areas could use paint touch up, needs some minor things need to be replaced, such as 2 worn toilet seats, rugs fraying, master bath shower door does not close properly, some ceiling repairs, rusted lamp, etc. These things were NOT a big deal and did not interfere with an incredible trip!
