"We stayed a week at the cottage and it was wonderful. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the mornings and evenings and hearing birds while we drank our coffee. Eastpoint is one of our favorite places in the Forgotten Coast, and the cottage was a perfect place to stay. We will be back again."

"The villa we stayed in was a bit dated - the kitchen appliances were rather old and there were no outlets for phone chargers on the nightstand between the 2 beds. The shower curtain was too low and some insects were crawling around the bathroom floor. The worst part were the floors which were not clean plus the fact that you had to take your trash with you when leaving or pay an extra $100! However the beds were clean and comfortable; the AC system worked well; the water was hot; and the villa was spacious and quiet. A rating of 3.5 to 4.0 out of 5. "
