"This is a great hotel for the price. While not the most modern, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great. Had a couple good restaurants and bars right there. The free breakfast was probably the best I have ever had at a hotel."

"I had to be in Amelia Island for a convention and sometimes not knowing what you get can be nerving. But this property was more than expected!!! It was very nice , spacious, homelike, and clean. Very quiet and exactly what I needed to relax. Very close to the beach and only 3 miles away from the convention.The host was very sweet and left a list of nearby restaurants, and things to do. Check in and out process was very smooth and did I say how clean the property is? This is a great place to book for your next getaway. The price is worth itI would definitely stay again. Thank you Catherine for your great hospitality."

"We stayed 7 nights at the Amelia Island Residence Inn.. It was a great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Harris Teeter grocery store is great to have very close by.. The suite we had was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen, except we were disappointed to not have an oven. We like to bake healthy foods instead of using a frying pan, but we did okay with just a stove top.. The beds are very comfortable.. The breakfast each morning was very good. All the employees at the hotel were wonderful and helpful.. I have to give a special shout out to "ROBIN" at the front desk, who was there when we checked in.. Oh my goodness, was she ever so nice and informative to us.. She left the desk and took us to two different suites, so we could choose which one we would like best. She gave us lots of brochures to look at, about activities on the island. We so appreciated her kindness to us after a long drive to get there.. If I could talk to the person in charge of pay raises, I would definitely suggest Robin to be considered for one... lol-I hope she hears about this review."

"Our long weekend on Amelia Island was made even more memorable by this wonderful property. Five high school friends gathered to celebrate all of us turning 60 this year, and the house was the perfect setting for laughter, reminiscing, and making new memories. The home was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was well-equipped with a large stove, spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything needed for those who prefer to cook. The backyard was lovely, and although we didn't use the firepit, it was a wonderful place to gather and relax. The showers had great water pressure and consistent temperature, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the ceiling fans throughout added extra comfort. Excellent laundry facilities and access to the golf cart were big pluses.The location was ideal-an easy trip to both the charming downtown area and the beach (we found Main Beach especially convenient for parking). Nearby walking trails were another bonus.The hosts' communication was outstanding before our arrival, and we appreciated their follow-up message after check-in to ensure everything was going smoothly. Checkout was clear and easy.A fun surprise: two bedrooms featured mirrors that somehow made us look taller and a bit slimmer! They became a source of much amusement, and a few selfies were definitely taken.We highly recommend this property and its hosts. A comfortable, well-appointed home!"
