"After reading some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive, but we had traveled from California to attend a wedding and between the airfare, car rental, and all the wedding-related expenses, costs were really mounting up. We needed a budget-friendly accommodation, so I went ahead and booked. From everything I observed, the hotel is clean and well-maintained. Our room was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping even came in and turned the room over for us while we were out, and I've noticed that not many places do that anymore unless you specifically request it. I'd read reviews complaining that there were no hot options at breakfast, but that was not our experience. There were hot options such as eggs, sausage, and waffle maker, available every morning of our 3-day stay, as well as cereal, yogurt, and toast/muffins. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is decent; not in the town center, but still just a few minutes' drive to the main attractions. There's a shopping center across the street with a grocery store, and a Bob Evans on the corner. If I'm ever back in Holland looking for a budget-friendly accommodation, I'd stay again. "

"Great vintage place with lots of character and charm. Very clean and the staff is so friendly. There is a pizza place next door and the hotel offers snacks and soft drinks at very reasonable prices. "

"The room was spacious and clean. The balcony should have been cleaned before we arrived though, there were cigarettes and garbage all over it. Otherwise I was pleased with the cleanliness. The area seemed safe and very quiet. Within walking distance to a few things and convenient to areas we were going. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. For those with a dog the fenced in backyard is an excellent place for dogs to romp. The location was really convenient to visit the Parks and downtown. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Wonderful property with plenty of room. Close to many of the beaches but you will probably want to buy a national or state park pass depending on how long you are staying. The only thing we wish we had was a washer and dryer on site; it would have been nice to clean and dry swim suits without having to take them into town to wash. "
