Perfect Hotel. Lovely staff. Perfectly clean and certainly 5-star. Great location in Charlotte. A green walking area near Ballantyne, a huge play area for children. Delightful restaurants nearby in easy walking distance, through the green area.

The gentleman who brought in our luggage and the women behind the desk were welcoming and very helpful. Great staff. Would have Liked seating in the lobby during gingerbread tea.
