"The people, the staff!!! Everyone we came across during our stay was So refreshingly warm, accommodating, and friendly. "When unloading luggage to self park, valet team asked me to move the car 3 times with no regard for helping me with my luggage. Once inside waiting to check in, I was not allowed to have the luggage cart on the lobby rug & was taken from me to move to the other side of the room. Would like to shout out to security team, very cool & helpful… but what does it say about my experience if I was interacting with security team. Make your own choices, I will not be staying here again."
