The room was average. There were no garbage bags in any of the cans. There was a hair in the shower. There was no linens bag. The closest ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work. The staff was just ok I didn't find them overly welcoming and one night walking by the desk after work I heard a story being told of a drunk escapade... The food was mediocre as well. All in all I was not impressed enough to stay again.

Staff super friendly and very helpful … Jeanne was the best , was traveling with elderly parents and she moved our rooms to make sure we had rooms closer to main entrance plus gave us a room with 2 beds so son wouldn’t have to sleep on a roll away. Def. Coming back …

It was a nice and comfortable room but you had to basically get your own room service, there was no ice on the floors during the stay, and I had to get my own supplies such as toilet paper even after they had come in the clean the room.
