Property has great potentional! Nice but dated, maybe invest in an overhaul to bring more conferences to the area. Could have been cleaner, looked like confetti in the halls and atrium as well as some other areas of dust and grime.

For a cheap hotel it was not bad. It was significantly cheaper than other hotels around. But you could see it needs updates in several areas. The free breakfast was wonderful! For our room the front desk clearly states the 3rd day of your stay you would receive maid service. We stayed 5 nights and never once recieved a turn over. We had to go to the front desk everyday for towels. Our toilet was not attached to the ground, it rocked everytime you sat on it. Our room was decently clean despite the other reviews. The pool/hottub was nice and big! But the hottub jets were broken. Overall an okay/good stay for a cheap hotel.

Disappointed

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the floors appeared to be in need of a vacuum in the hall on the way to our room, and inside our room. There was dust, hair, crumbs, and spiderwebs inside our room. Over the course of two nights we saw three ants in the bathroom. The shower appeared dirty, and the shower head dripped. The toilet tank cover didn’t fit properly so there was a small gap exposing the interior of the tank. The mini refrigerator contained someone’s drink with a best by date from about a month ago. On a positive note, the pool area and breakfast buffet appeared clean.

Checked in online so very quick, no problems. Requested a room where we could see our motorbikes, out of the window and that was what we got. Shower was great comfortable bed. Walking distant to restaurants, we chose the Mexican restaurant next door great food. Vegan bowl and tachos ,guac were excellent. Drinks at the bar in the restaurant celebrities at the hotel were excellent and very reasonable. Food looked good. Perfect all round. Didnt use the pool but it was popular and had a hottub, it is Memorial day weekend so as expected. We are soing the PA BDR so was ideal for us. Recommend this hotel.
