Our credit card was stolen at the hotel by front staff. They charged $600 on Ebay.

We tried calling you a number of times for this issue, It was a third party reservation from Travelocity, so we dont have any credit card information from you, so you cant say that the front desk stole the card. It was a prepaid reservation. Please check into this and do give us a call for any further clarification. Thanks
