Builder there was broken and I have to bed knees and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. I also notice that the king to his charge me $735 which I do not really understand why that mudge when I went to a 3rd party to set my reservations.

Close to Galleria

Pros: I slept well. The bed is comfortable.
Cons: I have no complaints.
Location: Close to Indian Restaurants and not too far from Galleria.
I stay at this hotel when I go to Southwest Houston. The mattresses are very comfortable and the room is clean. The staff is very friendly.

Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable but not luxurious room, good price.
I wanted a clean room at a reasonable price the provided breakfast, and this hotel met the requirements. It is on the freeway frontage road, which makes it easy to get on and off the freeway if necessary. However, it is in a busy traffic area which can be a downside. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was good. While I would have preferred a hotel that was closer to where I needed to go the next morning, I thought that this hotel was a good choice for reasons other than convenience.

Disappointed in the hotel

We did not feel welcome here. We barely got acknowledged. We didn't get shown around yet they showed around a different family. They were cleaning up breakfast early and when my fiancé asked if we could make a waffle the employee ignored him and walked away. We felt very uncomfortable here. Yes, the room was pretty nice but other than that it was horrible.

Very pleasant stay

Very pleasant stay. We checked in, got into our room and found some comfy beds and a nice clean room. The morning complimentary breakfast was packed with a great variety of food and all fresh and tasty! The front desk clerk was absolutely the sweetest and made checking in a breeze, thank you Raven for making this a hospitable trip and we look forward to booking here again in the future!!

Nice hotel for the price

It was decent enough, what they don't tell you is that if you are using a debit card the pot a10 day hold on a incidental charge that is the same amount as the room you paid for. So if it is 75 dollars they charge an extra 75 for incidentals

Not bad

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy
Can't do much with the highway noise but should pay more attention to the cleanliness in the hallways. Internet connection was great, and THANK YOU for not having to go through the terms acceptance useless procedure other hotels (etc.) make one go through every day.

Dirty and stinks

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: Poor breakfast, dirty, smelly
The only reason I didn't change motels was because I was only going to be there two nights. The hallway around the elevator and the elevator itself smelled like sewer. The floors were dirty. There was a free breakfast, but the fruit seemed like it was left over from several days. Because of the lack of cleanliness in much of the motel, I was a little concerned about eating but I was a captive audience and must confess I did not get sick.
