The elevator was out of service. The breakfast was taken muffins. We had dirty towel. We sneezed all night due to the neighbors smoking weed.thr front desk attendant was clearly stressed out.

Elevator not working for a long time now, so everyone takes the stairs.. Very dirty room. Dishwasher broken. Pullout bed broken. Dirty stove. Safety lock not working on door. Requested king size bed and only got regular bed, and I had made my reservation on November 26th for a January 5th stay! They said limited rooms because not all of them are clean.

Tiles falling off of bathroom wall Beds were very worn out Free breakfast doesn't exist. There is coffee, there were 2 pots of instant oatmeal but no bowls and a little basket with some mini muffins!

This hotel should be reported to the Texas Board of Health. Room was filthy, carpet was badly stained and torn and toilet did not work. When I requested another room they told me NO and that maintenance would have to attempt to fix issues. Thankfully only stayed one night.
