Closest hotel you can get to NASA. The staff was so friendly. Laundry amenity was a plus since i have a 1 year old and a 4 year old. The pool was clean, housekeeping was also friendly when we asked the to come by (we stayed 4 nights). Overall we had a pleasant stay and will definitely be coming back.

This experience was a nightmare, Ive been at Courtyard at other locations and never had this issue. First of all their breakfast is not complimentary as stated on their Travelocity listing. Second the room sink was flooded, and we were given another room. The second room had the same issue and had a nasty hair dryer it was gross and slimy, I went to the assistant manager that night and asked for a replacement she went out and either tried to clean the one I gave her or brought another filthy one and tried to give that to me while my wife waited with wet hair in the hotel room. I had to ask her to give me the card for my old room to check for a clean dryer and found one. It was a very frustrating event and the hanger hook in our new room had broken off... the carpet had many stained spots and the room was not cleaned while we weer out. When I called the manager she said that they did not do room service unless asked for, we were not told that when we checked in so it left our room without fresh towels or the bedding fixed or straightened after a long day at NASA. This is not a good way to run a hotel... also there were children screaming and playing in the pool outside our room at 11pm at night I complained along with others and the staff made no move to ask them to leave from what I could tell. The assistant manager just said "I know were looking into it" but they were there near midnight screaming and playing. The manager did refund a day of stay but forgot to tell her staff

The property seemed like it was brand new. The room was spacious. Ceilings were high and the bathroom had the same Kohler toilet that we have at home. The vanity lights were a little dim.

It was so convenient to stay there because my mom's home is in Nassau Bay and it was so close. All the staff there were extremely nice and helpful.
