Hotel was older but clean. Room was actually a suite with a fold out sofa as well 2 queen beds, refrigerator, microwave and small coffee pot. Breakfast was continental and most mornings lacking but better then having to spend extra if you didn’t want the Waffle House next door. Staff was friendly, helpful and nice. Overall, great for the price. Would stay again if I’m in the area.

Definitely get what you pay for.

Pros: The lady at the front desk was wonderful.
Cons: Sound proofing connecting doors and overall maintenance of the establishment
The best thing I could say about this place was the customer service. The lady working the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. The room was surprisingly clean and I could tell the carpet was new. One of the lights next to the bed was out and the whole light system was not working over the vanity sink. Not very helpful when you are trying to get ready in the morning. The shower head was an adjustable massage shower head that was stuck on one setting that made showering difficult, and the outside ring was just hanging loosely and ended up falling off on my head. There was one new toilet paper roll on the holder with a 3/4 used one sitting on top of the new roll and had something wiped on it. The room I had was a connecting room and I could hear the neighbors talking word for word and their baby crying. I was in town for a week and my usual place had no availability for my first night. There was no way I was going to extend my stay for the whole week, I went back to my go to place, the extra $20 a night was worth it.

Deplorable

Easily the worst hotel experience ever. The location is rough (next to a Waffle House with loiterers) The staff at check in was horrific and chose to stay on an unrelated phone call rather than help the guests he had waiting to check in. my room was disgusting. There were burn holes in the comforter, white gunk on the bed skirt, huge stains all over the couch. The light in the bathroom sounded like it was near exploding anytime it was turned on and it didn’t have a cover. This was my first booking with Travelocity and I’m so beyond disappointed. I wish I had just cut my losses and gone to a different hotel.

Very Noisy

The hotel was right off the freeway and next to a Waffle House. You could hear the traffic, drunks at the Waffle House and people in the other rooms. Never saw a staff person, ever. Didn't really feel safe and would definately not stay there again.

Good for bargain price

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
This was a one night stay with the only purpose for the room being to sleep. We weren't looking for a lot of amenities, just a clean room at a good price. We got that. Desk staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was passable (a lot of carbs!)

NOT NEW!!!!

First of all, the facility is NOT NEW! If this is your expectation (and it should be since it says it is a new hotel) - you will be sorely disappointed. While it is fairly clean and a good location, it simply is not what it is advertising. Buyer beware.

Nice stay... But they double billed me.

Still awaiting word from the manager there. Appearently they charged my card once but I was unaware the travel agency charged my card. The paperwork said that the travel agency would not charge my card. So, I paid in cash when I checked out from the hotel. In other words I paid twice for a single stay. Still awaiting word back from Days Inn on how they will reimburse me for the single night stay. Otherwise nice facility. Decent value for the money you spend.

Not Worth the Cheap Room Rate

I stayed in this hotel for one night on business because it was close to the airport and close to work.\n\nThe Good: Nice front desk attendant, relatively clean, close to I-45 and the airport.\nThe Bad: Wireless internet didn't work, thin walls (noisy), very few amenities, no business center of any kind.
