Service at this hotel was minimal at best. We were prompted to leave tips at both check-in and check-out despite receiving little to no service. Early check-in wasn’t available (not a big issue), but we were only given one room key for two guests and had to return the next day to request another.
The pillows were extremely worn and uncomfortable - four small, flat pillows with visible wear. When we asked for additional pillows (even offering to pay), we were told this was “impossible” and that the manager was unavailable until January 1. We ended up buying our own pillows so we could sleep.
The photos online are very misleading. This is a former Econo Lodge motel purchased by Wyndham, not a standard hotel as advertised. It is motel-style, right off the freeway, felt insecure, and appeared to have long-term residents. The room door did not fully shut, noise traveled easily from neighbors and traffic, and the property lacked amenities beyond free parking and breakfast.
Housekeeping never serviced our room, supplies were minimal, the couch was badly stained, the TV lagged with limited channels, and the water was overly soft with an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was heavily policed with strict rules, so we chose to eat elsewhere.
Overall, the misleading advertising and excessive restrictions made this an uncomfortable stay. I would not stay at this property or another Wyndham location again.
