Some of the rooms were being renovated. Ours was probably next, tub showed a little wear and tear but was clean. For no longer than we were in the room, it was great!

For the most everything was great. Staff weren’t rude and they were available. Some guests definitely did not like the presence of others who were not the same - background - as them. Not the fault of the hotel but still. And this is the second time we’ve stayed there in two months. In both stays the bathroom drains were clogged. The first time we were on the 3rd floor and the second time on the 2nd floor. It would be good for maintenance to go in and snake the drains every week at least.

For this Presidential suite. The remote to the fireplace had the back piece missing, one of the long plastic handles to the curtains was missing. The carpet is lumpy in some spots. The stay itself was ok. Just a few minor things in the room.
