Great location!

My two daughters and I stayed one long weekend in April. Previously mentioned comments about the stairs are accurate- they are narrow and steep, but we are young and able bodied so this was not an issue.The house was in well kept condition and was perfect for our weekend away. The house was easy walking distance to historic downtown with easy access to food, shopping, hiking, and bath houses. Owners were easy to communicate with although we did not encounter any problems. Overall 10/10.

Excellent property, close to heart of activity

I booked this property for a quick mother daughter trip. The aesthetic is so fun and the house was exactly what we needed. The off street parking is great, but access to the house was a little tricky with large suitcases. It’s located just a few minutes away from bathhouse row and great restaurants. We loved it!

Lovely A Frame

This property was absolutely spotless, and had a wonderful layout. The second bedroom in the loft area was actually large and both beds were very comfortable. This property is close to everything and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. The owners communicated quite well, and the property is close to everything Hot Springs has to offer.

The house was cute and in a great location with little drive time to the historic district. Everything was very clean. Only downside was that it does get cold at night so bring extra blankets. Other than that I would definitely book this location again for another trip to Hot Springs.

Cute intimate house

The house is a crisp experience with amazing atmosphere. However you will need to bring your own coffee grounds, but coffee maker, filter, sugar and creamer provided. There is parking on the street with good condition stairs leading to the house, or if you would like a more adventurous walk to the house, you can park in the adjacent property up the hill with a more narrow and difficult stairway down. We found that we preferred just stepping down from the short wall that soaped down the side of the property on the parking lot side.TLDR: Nice interior, property not disabled friendly. Recommended for middle aged and younger guests. Would recommend

Girls trip

The house is really nice and clean. The only fault was the lack of extra linens. It was very cold when we stayed and the beds really could have used another blanket. It would have been nice to have a throw to use while watching TV. Overall it is a great place to stay. The house is so cute.

Cute place

Cute little place, love the location. Terrible access however, you can see from the pictures that there are steps in front, and we were fine with that. However, there are no railings, and if you have bad knees or anything like that, you will find the stairs difficult to navigate, especially without a railing and trying to carry up luggage, etc.Otherwise, the cottage is cute, was clean except for one area that I had to clean upon arrival, but was no big deal as there were some cleaning supplies under the sink.Owners were communicative and easy to reach.

Property was clean and well-appointed. Only complaint was that the bedroom door wouldn't stay closed and limited the privacy for the downstairs bedroom. Loft was beautiful and so comfy!

Misinformed- poor description of property

As conveniently located as this property was and is was a very nice little house. However, It was never explained that the only access to this property was Via 1 of 3 treacherous, very steep stairways. For which 1/2 of one was covered with slippery rocks and some treads even have tree roots that have taken over as the actually step instead of the concrete step. If you have anyone in your group that is older and has minimum mobility issues, this is it the property for you. This property is in NO WAY handicap accessible. My parents (69 & 70) came with me, both have old age mobility issues but are in no way handicap, but it was a struggle all weekend to keep them from falling down one of the HANRAILESS stairways. This was so very frustrating. We had to deal with chaos all weekend, only because of the stairway.

Long Weekend Stay
