It’s like a vrbo. You get a code to the door. Nobody to welcome you. It smells awful like old moth balls. We didn’t end up staying and told the man we were leaving. They refused to refund us because they said they didn’t know that we left. Foreign owned and not pleasant people who do not tell the truth.

Lovely place to stay just outside Hot Springs! You have a view of the mountains, and yet it's only about a minute drive to downtown. We stayed in the Magnolia Suite which we thoroughly enjoyed. It's on the first floor, and it is very private and incredibly quiet suite! The room faces the front of the B&B with a view of the lawn, a pretty fountain and the mountains. Hilltop Manor has complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate for guests at any time. April, the chef, went out her way to accommodate our specific dietary requests for breakfast! You can dine in your room, on the beautiful front porch overlooking the mountains or in the charming dining room. If you are looking for a quite, lovely get-away, Hilltop Manor is the place to stay in Hot Springs.

The best place you can stay in Hot Spring, no doubt! The breakfast was delicious and prepared according to my diet restrictions. My room was spacious and everything in the room had a quality standard. The view and the nature around is pretty. Only 2 minutes drive from Hot Spring downtown.

The Oak Room

The Oak Room was very beautiful! It was spacious and all the towels, bedding and soap were quite luxurious. The cleanliness was above and beyond. The service was very swift when needed and absent when not needed. The property was beautiful and I'm guessing even more so when it's not winter.
