The room was not clean. The floor was sticky with shoe prints on the floor. In the bathroom, the floor around the toilet still had urine around the rim. Some of the towels had mildew on them. The thermostat had a low battery alert on it. There were multiple issues with the room. The night manager was unable to provide another room because he said they were filled to capacity. There was not a manager available to assist with my concerns. I was very disappointed with my stay.

The only complaint is there’s only one elevator and it’s operation was questionable.

Hello Michael, yes, we only have one elevator on property. The elevator has a hydraulic system that is built into the elevator that cause it to bounce. If there is anything else, I can assist you with please let me know. Thanks
