My 1st room I had a couple of roaches in and had to be moved. They lived quickly to get me moved and it’s possible the previous person left them. My door didn’t flushly close so I heard everything from outside. Every morning around 7 there was a bunch of bumping and the same loud charger woke me up

I arrived around 1 in the morning and was ready for bed. Then noticed the shower did not have a shower curtain. There was also pubic hair in the tub before I got in to shower. Didn't notice it until it was to late. I have black straight hair, the pubic hair was red curly hair. I let the front desk know at check out, so hopefully the next person doesn't deal with this issue.

The quality of the room for the price was awesome. However the breakfast was not good at all. The coffee comes from a hot chocolate machine which tastes just like that, awful. Need better choice of food for customers.

The air conditioner kicked off before it cooled off in our room. The housekeeping lady was rude, but cleaned well. The secretary was very nice and gave us milk for our child so we didn’t have to leave and go get some.the breakfast was nasty eggs where old and juice was hot. Overall it was worth the 100$.

I asked the manager to call me. No one ever reached out. The door to our room had a gap that was letting light come thru. As well as lots of noise. Asked for a discount. The clerk said the Manager is the only one to help me. That went no where.
