The woman that checked us in and sorted a small hiccup with our rooms was especially welcoming and helpful. Spa and gym facillites were very relaxing and available at a good price. Only wish that we were able to spend a longer time here."

"The property exceeded our expectations; the only issue was the check-in. I would highly advise getting the lock code before you arrive and not count on the phone app to unlock the door. The office closed at 5, we arrived at 6 and there was no one around to help us. Luckily, we found the number for security, and they were able to get the code for us, and the problem was solved"

"Actually due to health problem i was not able to travel and ask the hotel if they can change my dates or give me a refund which they refuse. Also asked to get a receipt that i did not stay at the hotel and they refused to give me and told me to see with expedia. Thats very unfortunate. Expedia told me to contact hotel directly. And i also have proof about my admission at the hospital which they did not even consider."
