"Beds were good and room was very comfortable. Air-conditioning was nice although if you open up the curtains at all, it cannot keep up. Comfortable stay. Biggest drawback is the elevators which was ridiculous. It was not uncommon to wait 15 minutes for an elevator (at the lobby) when there were three operating . I don’t know what was going on, but they did not operate correctly at all."

"Stayed July 2026 - Family of 4 Highly recommended. Small mini fridge was very helpful. AC worked well. Get the room with a view, it is lovely to sit out on the balcony. Yes, its dated but it is very well kept and you can really appreciate the beauty of the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful with my several encounters. The grounds are beautiful. We will return."
