"The room was clean and nice. The only problem was we were in a non smoking room and the rooms next door were smoking marijuana daily and nightly. It would have been hard not to notice the smell.."

"We stayed here overnight after the Minster Oktoberfest festival. This hotel is the only one available close to the festival. We were grateful that we didn't have to drive the 1 1/2 hours back to Dayton after spending 5 hours enjoying the fun there. The hotel needs updating but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Reservation includes breakfast. Price was approximately $100./ night. We reserved an Uber ride to and from the festival but at the time we were to be picked up we got a message that no driver was available. So one of group became our designated driver. Which was disappointing. We will stay here again next year."

"Everything was great and felt like home. We were comfortable. All the rooms were clean and the location easy to get to and was close to everything that we had planned. The host checked on us upon hearing that the power went out due to a storm. The power outage was not very long."

"Don was a delightful host, There were several guests there during our stay who had stayed multiple times and found the Victorian house to be a delightful stop on their travels. We felt the same and will stay .again when visiting family in the area."
