"Useful for solo, room old fashioned but useful for lorient festival as cheap accommodation. Bus stop up side road 3e for day pass on bus or 10e if staying 4 days or more. Beside railway station 5e or more on train also not every train to or from lorient stops there. Festival has 2 late night bus routes so no problem getting back. I heard noise from 2nd floor above early morning. Christine brings you breakfast but kitchen outside on each floor. There is a restaurant round the corner but didn’t try as had only chicken & chips as crowded Sunday lunchtime but barman spoke English & Christine told him to get the key for me so got in at 1.?"

"Easy to find at the rear of the Ibis styles hotel. This is where an easy check in took place. Clean, comfortable appartment with free parking ,plus the use of the hotel bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Food and drink prices were very reasonable. There were also other eateries close by and a Netto supermarket for anyone who wanted to self cater. The supermarket sells excellent , very tasty micro meals for 3-4€. I would stay again."

"Our stay at the Domaine was just incredible. The site is stunning, with a beautiful castle around water in the middle of à a Forest. Every breakfast is taken with this beautiful nature view. The rooms themselves are also amazingly decorated and very comfortable. So many things to do there, you don’t want to leave: the swimming pools, the tennis, the spa, the garden, the forest… The staff is so nice and helpful, completely dedicated to your comfort. The breakfast, wow, is one of the best we ever had… Oysters, salmon, homemade cider, honey, caramel and halzelnut spread, crepes. Simply delicious. We did not have the opportunity to try but the hotel has two restaurants, including 1-Michelin star. We would definitely come again! Thank you for making our stay magical!"
