The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 110 m² house for rent in the town of Hennebont, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 250 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with sofa, smart TV, electronic dartboard and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A utility room with worktop, sink for fishermen, washing machine, freezer, vacuum cleaner, broom, etc.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) with dressing room
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Extension of the first floor:
- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: a queen-size bed (140x190) with dressing room and office area. Access to the sleeping area is via a staircase located inside this same bedroom
- Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: plancha grill, barbecue, washing machine, travel cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 250 m² south-facing garden including a seating area under the carport, an outdoor dining area, three sun loungers for relaxing, a large sheltered barbecue for outdoor meals, and a slide for the little ones to enjoy.

A secure shed with a padlock is available for storing your bicycles (bicycle rack) and/or roof box, etc.

- Nearest train station: Hennebont SNCF train station - Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud airport is the nearest, located about 20 minutes away by car

- Pets are allowed, but with a supplement of £15/stay. Cats and dogs of all sizes are accepted. We are unable to filter the type of animal. One animal per stay is accepted by default.
- Electric car charger: Our charging station is equipped with an RFID card for electric vehicles. Please note that the use of this service is subject to an additional charge specified at the time of booking. An access card is provided for the mandatory activation of the charger.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied.
