Helen Studio Living Suite 102

Welcome to our unique newly built building, where you can experience comfort and style in one of our 12 studio-style rooms. Each room is designed to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with its own private entrance, king-sized bed, queen pull-out couch, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. The first three levels of the building consist of four studio-style rooms. On the 4th level of our building is a complete 360° view of the beautiful Helen, Georgia. It offers relaxation and places to enjoy food and beverage. Our deck has tables and chairs that overlook every angle of the center of Helen. Beautiful Adirondack chairs overlooking every direction. We offer several rocking chairs all around to take in the breathtaking views this beautiful German Bavarian town has to offer.
The space
You can find the perfect home away from home in this beautiful studio located on the first floor of the building. It has all the necessary amenities, such as a king bed, a queen pull-out sofa, a bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining area, television, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The studio is perfect when traveling for business or pleasure who want to have their own personal space with the convenience of modern comforts. Whether you need to work remotely or just relax and take in your new surroundings, this studio is sure to meet your needs. Our building is located in the center of Helen, Ga. The room was very clean and modern and the host Lindsey wasvery nice in our communications. The location of the unit is fantastic the furtherest business you might want to visit from it is just a 1/2 mile walk. 3 adults stayed in the unit without any space issue. If I were to complain about anything the wifi did dropout quite a few times but that wouldn't cause me to not stay here again. I highly recommend the Q'Paso restaurant right by the place and get the Cuban Sandwich and a Bombón Coffee.

It was clean, but very minimal furnishings. The refrigerator didn’t have an icemaker. There was no chest, etc to put clothes in and the couch sagged in the middle. The table is about 2 x 4 with stools. There needs to be a table with chairs. The breaker to 2 kitchen plugs and dishwasher was tripped and my husband had to reset it. The space was modern and clean and the bed was comfortable, but I expect a better couch and table in a condo in this price range.

Perfect Place to Stay in Helen!

This is our 2nd visit to Helen for Oktoberfest and we've stayed in these units both years. We will continue to stay here for future visits! The place is super clean, modern, and convenient. You can walk pretty much anywhere in town. The host was also extremely helpfu! I forgot an outfit hanging in the closet, and Lindsey shipped it to me right away. We'll definitely be back next year!

Wonderful

Everything was perfecr. Noise from other units was non existent, which was fantastic, honestly felt like we had the building to ourselves. The view from the roof was spectacular. Close to all the major attractions. Hostess was communicative and informative. A couple of games were provided, which we enjoyed. Amenities that were provided exceeded what was described. We had a wonderful stay. Only complaint was the trip was too short! Can’t wait to return.
