Dont stay here, hotel and area are terrible.

Do not stay here, terrible service, location and room. Staff was so unprofessional and inappropriate. The front desk clerk did not know what an ironing board was, and once an off site manager was contacted a very strange man came knocking at the door, entered the room uninvited to rake the broken ironing board yelling in some language we couldn't understand.

The Inn is a little ruff around the edges. Clean and quiet. The door was not secured well. The door threshold needs repair. For the money it is worth it.

The breakfast was simple but tasty and convenient. The facility was beautiful, I'm not sure what the location was prior to a motel, but the separate buldings each housing a group of rooms made our stay unique and private, much more like a studio apartment. Great location for the price, 10 minutes from 80, 5-10 minutes to a plethora of shopping, quick eats (or buffets and restaurants), and downtown hazelton. Some regular maintenance (upgrading fixtures, paint, and some water damage) and upgrades would make this property even more comfortable. But I would stay again.

The bed was comfortable but thankfully we brought our own pillows. The ones provided were old and worn out. Towels were small and old, tub needed to be replaced, air conditioner was very noisy, and I could see daylight through the door which barely closed and locked. Tiny little soaps. Would not recommend unless desperate.

Pros: The room we had was HUGE. It was basically a little apartment which we loved. Free wifi. Breakfast from 7-10. The waffles were sooo good!! And the ladies who checked up on us during breakfast were so sweet. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere so no loud commotion. No traffic to get there and there’s a few food options. Beds were comfortable. Cons: The blankets, walls, and curtains all had red splatter stains. I’m not going to make any assumptions but it’s still gross. We’ve attempted to go the office a few times and most of the time there was no staff there. When we went to get towels the front staff thought we were another room and refused to give it to us and when we told them they had the wrong room/people they reluctantly gave us the towels but with suspicious looks. Only one TV remote worked. And the bath tub was a bit dirty. I know that it seems like there’s more negative than positive but for the price this place was great! Besides that one instant staff is very nice and the location is very good.

All the towels and bedding were stained. If I wasn’t so tired I would’ve left and stayed elsewhere. I couldn’t sleep. I was too afraid my car would get stolen.
