I knew going in that the place would be dated, it was not expected to be fancy. I was traveling and looking for something overnight and called the hotel to make sure I could get a room. The person that answered would not book a room over the phone and said I had to book online. So I got online even though I had to stop driving to do so. The reviews online said staff was friendly and breakfast was good so I booked a room online which charged extra fees I saw after checking out. The breakfast was not good, it was cold eggs and stale biscuits. There was no water pressure for a decent shower. The front desk was blasting loud music and had to get their attention to check out. Overall a rather unpleasant stay.

Don’t do it

The person checking us in was awesome but the room smelled like someone had been smoking weed in it but we found an air freshener that was organic smells and that was it. The rest of the staff was not personable at all. The morning clerk was busy sitting out watching tv and talking on his phone to do anything. Food was cold and like cardboard. Won’t stay here again.

This property is extremely outdated. Clearly was previously a smoking hotel and they use it to their advantage. If you walk in your room and smell any scent of old smoke, return and request another room until you are in one that does not smell. They will charge you a $150 smoking fee even though you requested a non-smoking room and do not smoke. Without any proof, they will say "we don't have proof, but housekeeping made a note".

Nice stay

Bed and pillows very comfortable. Clock in room. Clean. Breakfast waffles, french toast, bagels, etc. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage links, cold cereal, juice and coffee. Check temps. Outside pool. Good area.
