We showed up and the hotel had no rooms ready for check-in. There was a very large group of people who had to wait an hour plus because the hotel had no rooms ready for their 3pm check-in time. They also had very very limited breakfast because they "were waiting on a truck".

Elevators: 1/2 working. Ice Machines: 2/4 working. 1 beeping ice machine all night long. Pool: closed day 1. Green water day 2. Checkout at noon, key auto deactivated at 11am, locked out of room. No shampoo, cheap styrofoam coffee cups with no lids.

Check in was 3 PM. We got there at 5:30 and they had people waiting for rooms. They were still cleaning rooms. They told me we had queen beds so I showed them what I got from you. They then gave us a king bed room but I must have been in the lobby 30 minutes waiting. We got to the room and there was no towels at all. That was no problem though because the maid was just down the hall cleaning rooms. She was very nice and got us towels. The room was fine. I really liked the bathroom with such a big shower. Breakfast was good and the check out went very good.

Good hotel for the price. Not too great on air conditioning in the rooms and wifi was not so hot. Mostly friendly helpful people

Friendly, clean, comfy. Breakfast was real food (not powered eggs or weird sausage). They even had gluten free waffles!
