INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES - DO NOT STAY HERE
I booked despite seeing the bad reviews because I just needed a cheap place to sleep for a few hours after all day at Hershey Park - but I immediately regretted my decision as soon as we walked into the lobby.
It looks like the staff is living there, they have tons of personal food in a fridge and cookware sitting right near the front desk. And a plate of half eaten rice was cast aside on the side of the check in desk. There were also very suspicious looking clientele to say the least.
The property is extremely run down despite claiming to be recently renovated, there were broken fridges in the stairwell.
I ignored all that though and checked into my room cause the rate was cheap so I didn’t expect a lot. But immediately upon entering the room we saw two NASTY cockroaches, one of which crawled down into the shower drain.
I have NEVER in my life seen bugs like this in a hotel room. I felt so sick seeing them scurry around the room. I’m sure we would have seen more had we stayed but we walked right out, returned the keys to the desk, and told them we’d be requesting a refund because the room was infested with roaches. I’ve seen other reviews confirming this.
But of course they refused to give us a refund after trying for several days even though we didn’t touch anything in the room.
Also you can’t even get a hold of them by phone, it just goes to a busy tone.
This is one SHADY hotel. Absolutely avoid at all costs, don’t repeat
