Dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling, ac was leaking and doors looked like they had been kicked in many times. Staff was great, but we only stayed 1 of 2 nights and went to another hotel even though we paid for 2 nights.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was filthy—dirty bed sheets, garbage left behind, and a soaking wet carpet that smelled awful. To make things worse, there was a bug on the bed and on the floor. I was placed in a smoking room although I specifically requested a nonsmoking room, and the sofa was heavily stained and disgusting. Nothing about this stay was acceptable. This place is unsanitary, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned properly. Avoid at all costs!

The bed was extremely comfortable. Didn't want to get out of it. The non smoking room smelled strongly of cigars and cigarettes. With some upgrades, this place would flourish. Staff was very nice. It was only for one night so it was good for that.

When I arrived the front desk attendant ignored me, refusing to even acknowledge me The motel needs a makeover and the drop ceiling is straight outta The Bates Motel but I didn’t wanna look up there. The bed was comfortable with a mirror above the bed. Definitely take breakfast with you and your own coffee

We stayed in a king jacuzzi suite, and while the staff was very professional, the room was comfortable but flawed. The curtains had multiple cigarette burn holes, as did the furniture, the bathroom had stains on the walls that could easily have been cleaned, and drywall repairs needed to be done. The jacuzzi area, however, was great, with plenty of hot water and great pressure.

We received an old not renovated room. There was mold ok the caret. The shower was clogged, the bathroom floor was damaged and soft, the bathroom trash had food in it. The walls had large areas that had been patched but not repainted. And worst of all, the bathroom door did not close!

We booked because cost was affordable and reviews were good but I have nothing good to say. Upon arriving, room wreaked of cigarettes. The chair was filthy and the arms were black. The bed linens had burn holes. There was multiple mouse traps throughout the room and a few bugs crawling on the bureau. If a person was standing in the room, you could not walk by them. We were a family of 4 and only 2 towels were given. After the 2nd day, we but out the maid service tag before leaving the room. Upon arriving back, we noticed nothing was done. So we did the same the next day. Still nothing. So I went to the desk. Was told to leave the card off the door as they confuse it with “do not disturb” and to poke our head out when we hear them outside. I told her that I am not around to do that between 10-2 while they are cleaning. So I asked for extra towels in the meantime and was told I had to wait for housekeeping. Well, the next day I left the sign off. Now this is day 4. Came back to the room and still nothing. Went back to the desk where I was told by the same girl that it says no service for my room. Umm excuse me. And then said, “I told you to poke your head out when you heard housekeeping come around “ and again I said I was not there. So, we will not be back and will never recommend this place. Also, shower was dirty and shower head was broken.

I've stayed in some pretty rough places before, but I have never walked out of a place; this one, I ran out of it. The room was nothing like what the pictures and reviews depicted. The carpet was not only filthy and old, it also had pieces of paper on it, which tells me it wasn't vacuumed. The walls had holes in them, and not a single lampshade was in place on any of the lights. Speaking of lights, nothing matched, and the contents in general looked as though they had been picked up from the curb before the garbage man arrived. The floor around the toilet was so weak that I was afraid to step on it, fearing it would give way, and the faucets were not securely attached to the shower, allowing them to be pulled out 4 inches away from the wall. The walls were thick with nicotine to the point that the nicotine was running down the walls.

Room is very old and dated. Floors very dirty. Bathtub very slow to drain. Room smelled, not sure the smell. Sheets, although they appeared clean, had numerous holes in them. It did have a fairly comfortable bed and good air conditioner. Clientelle was a bit questionable. Definitely not a place I would stay with children.

Cleanliness disappointing

We've just returned from a 6,350 mile road trip where we stayed in plenty of hotels - most all of them exactly as promised...not this one! The staff did allow us a 2 hour early check-in, which was appreciated. Upon entering the room we quickly noticed that the room had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. It was dated and soiled on EVERY surface. The sheets appeared to be clean but all other furniture, surfaces, sink, toilet, shower, microwave, ect. were very dirty. The AC was not able to pull humidity out of the air and left everything feeling wet and smelling like mildew. My wife tried to take a shower but after 60 seconds, the grey water had backed up on her feet and did not drain for the next couple of hours. The coffee pot still had leftover grounds in it and had started to mold. The breakfast had good options and it did appear clean. It was an inexpensive option, but we'd recommend you spend an extra $20/night and avoid this disaster.
