The hotel itself is GREAT! It's beautiful and clean and the staff was helpful. I had a large room with a comfortable bed, good TV options, and I was able to get late night food at Odd Bites coffee (or something like that). Very good. I attended a conference there and the food provided to the Conference attendees by the hotel was most excellent! Water, coffee, and hot tea were available all day and iced tea was added at lunch and available the rest of the day. The only things I didn't love about the hotel were that the pillows were horribly uncomfortable and the bath towels were small and hard/stiff. I don't expect luxury, million dollar towels, but for as nice as the hotel was, the towels felt like a cheap afterthought. Otherwise, an excellent stay and I would recommend it! Would definitely stay again! Dover is not a nice area in my opinion. It feels dangerous and unwelcoming. I went to the Burlington just a few blocks down and when I walked it, it was roped off and a security guard came over to let me in and when I questioned him about the random rope gates at the doors he said "people like to steal here" and I asked, "Is that a Dover issue? Does that happen around a lot?" He said it did and it was a big concern for the area. When I went to Panera there was a coded lock on the bathroom door and even going in, the general vibe was dirty and not well cared for. None of this is a reflection of the hotel, but as far as the city goes, I don't love it.

This was a terrible stay and absolutely not worth the money. We paid $800 for just two nights, and the room was not clean at all — definitely below standard for the price. On top of that, there was no microwave to heat up food, which made things even more frustrating. For what they charge, you’d expect basic cleanliness and amenities, but that was not the case here. I would never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed here for the last several years and I must say the overall quality no longer fits the price of the stay. The staff was pleasant but there were some issues in the room. The bathroom sink would fill while in use. The toilet after flushing continuously made a noise for about a half hour afterwards. The towels felt like Brillo pads on my skin. I felt the need to bring this to your attention because I frequently come to Dover and at this point need to determine if your hotel is my best option

Parking was safe, but barely any parking spots. My room was not cleaned throughly I found hair on the floor from previous people. I also found dust on the lamps and carpet was vacuumed throughout, throughly made my allergies act up. I’m not sure why my room was on the ninth floor and I made reservations three weeks.

I forgot how large the rooms are. I hadn't stayed here in 15+years abs I was pleasantly surpass that it was a nice as I remembered. Brought my mother this time and she's still thanking me for the nice quick getaway. Did in the breakfast restaurant (Maucu?) was super over seasoned, over buttered, etc.
